My friend was starting up a new business and needed some help getting things in order before actually opening the business. He knew what needed to be accomplished but just couldn’t set thing up by himself. Two hands were not enough to get things done in a reasonable amount of time. He contacted a temporary staffing agency and told him of his business needs. They spoke to him for a long time to get some idea how their services could be beneficial to him. They came up with a plan to send him people that could help set up his office for him and work with him to see all his goals met. The individuals that came to work for him on this project were very professional and in no time his office was set up in an efficient way and he was now ready to open his business. He became friendly with a few of the temporary workers as he worked closely with him on this project. They told him how much they enjoyed working with him and wanted to keep in touch to see how his business progresses. It ended up that he hired two of the temporary workers to stay on staff with him.
