IDENTICAL TWINS

When my brother and I were kids, we fought a lot. Identical twins don’t always have the closest bond any two people can have. Sometimes, two people are so alike that they just have to start fighting. We’d run and tackle each other into the kitchen and wrestle across the kitchen countertops. Yeah, we banged open all the kitchen cabinets and my father’s Accu Check Strips he uses to test the glucose in his blood for his diabetes spilled everywhere onto the floor, but my brother and I didn’t care. Well, we did later when our father yelled at us and made us pick it all up, but at that moment we didn’t care. We were caught up in the moment. Why were we fighting in the first place? We were playing that board game Risk and I kept beating my brother with the dice even though he had more armies to spare than I did. He eventually threw the dice at my face and I decided that I should make him eat them. Naturally, he had a problem with that. But my problem at that moment was that I really wanted to make my brother eat dice. So we had to fight.
