I am currently in the process of browsing through different car accident attorneys for my son, Jason. Jason turned sixteen about two weeks ago and just like any other teenager, the first thing that he went and did was get his driver’s license. He has had a job for almost two years now and has been saving up money to buy a car of his own. The car that he bought did not stay in one piece for too long. Being the inexperienced driver that Jason is, he managed to crash his car into another lady’s car within the first week of owning it. Jason is lucky to be alive since this happened on the highway at very high speeds. I guess that he was too lazy to check his side mirrors and changed lanes directly into this lady’s car. Insurance is saying that they refuse to pay for the damage because it is his fault, but they cannot actually prove that it was his fault because the damage is on the side of the car. Once I pick out a good attorney out of all of these car accident attorneys, they can hopefully convince the court that the accident was not my son’s fault and insurance would have to pay for the damage.
